St. Louis County Property Tax Levy

Up in our County, St. Louis County, Minnesota, County Commissioner Chris Dahlberg lead a charge for a 0% tax levy increase.  Unfortunately, his board voted 5-1 (Dahlberg opposed) to increase by 1.8%.  How did other counties do?
